Chef Kirk Warner chose Little Dipper Chocolate truffles to close the meal he served the 60 guests that attended a dinner last night at Clavarach Farm and Vineyard. The meal highlighted the local meat, produce and wine grown at the farm, and was finished with a raspeberry rose truffle with pepper.
